The Complete complete Seekers compilation
|
| Review Date: April 20, 2010 |

| Four CDs each with 25-30 recordings (113 total). Some songs are presented more thant once due to them being recorded more than once (stereo/mono, studio/live). Includes their final performance on Talk of The Town and some the early Dolly Lady's solos. I bought it since it involved Judith Durham and found out that The Seekers did awesome folk music! |
Great CDs

| Long a fan of The Seekers, I was glad to find these 4 cds containing their best-loved songs, many of which I had never before heard played in the USA. Although well-known and loved in their native Australia and in the UK, with the exception of "Georgy Girl" and "I'll Never Find Another You", many Americans were unaware of many of their recordings. My favorites are "I'll Never Find Another You" and "The Olive Tree" featuring the beautiful voice of lead singer Judith Durham. |
